Positive impact

At Mimeisa, we understand sustainability as a shared journey. Our partnerships enable us to generate knowledge, listen to new perspectives, and drive positive impact beyond real estate assets

The Esade Alumni Real Estate Club at Esade Business & Law School is a platform made up of students, alumni, and real estate professionals. It strengthens university–industry connections.

As a sponsor of the Real Estate Club, we support the organization of conferences and networking activities related to sustainable real estate. We share our asset management expertise and bring market realities closer to the next generation of professionals.

The EnerValor Knowledge Hub is a research platform at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) that builds bridges between energy efficiency, ESG, the residential market, and urban systems.

For Mimeisa, EnerValor is a strategic partner in generating shared knowledge. Projects are transformed into publications with direct applications for the sector, including reports, articles, and content that enable more informed decision-making.

Aura Fundació is a pioneering organization in the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, supporting them through training, access to employment, and long-term job retention.

ILUNION is an initiative of Grupo Social ONCE that combines business and inclusion, creating quality employment for people with disabilities in sectors such as facility management and customer service.

By contracting services with ILUNION, we make the labour inclusion of people with disabilities part of the day-to-day management of our buildings.

TuTechô is a SOCIMI that allocates housing to people at risk of social exclusion, demonstrating that it is possible to generate returns for investors while also providing real opportunities for stability and a future for those who need it most.

Its model is based on collaboration with specialized social organizations, such as Need-Ü or Fundació Pa dels Pobres, which support residents throughout their inclusion process.

The RSCat Map is an initiative of the Government of Catalonia that recognizes companies and organizations that embed responsible management in their activities and contribute tangibly to the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.

The Social Responsibility Committee of the Labour Relations Council (CRL) has reviewed MIMEISA’s case and confirmed its commitment to advancing social responsibility and sustainability. This reforestation is also linked to a pathway for partial emissions offsetting, connecting real estate activity with the regeneration of real ecosystems.

Aristeu is an organization that protects and promotes the role of bees in our ecosystems, helping companies turn their environmental commitments into concrete actions for biodiversity and pollination.

Together with Aristeu, we promote the creation and care of bee habitats—hive sponsorships and pollination hotels—complemented by socially impactful products and awareness-raising experiences that bring biodiversity closer to tenants, teams, and communities.

Bosque Forest Bank (IBER–Forest Bank) is a reforestation project located in Móra d’Ebre and part of the Natura 2000 Network. The forest combines native species such as Aleppo pine, holm oak, olive, almond, carob, and hackberry, to restore a degraded Mediterranean ecosystem.

The collaboration focuses on offsetting operational emissions by supporting the planting and long-term maintenance of the forest’s biodiversity over decades. In doing so, we not only move towards carbon neutrality but also contribute to restoring rural landscapes and generating replicable knowledge on new climate-change adaptation methodologies.
