Mimeisa has been included in the RScat Map of the Government of Catalonia, an initiative promoted by the Labour Relations Council to give visibility to companies and organisations that integrate social responsibility and sustainability into their management model.
This inclusion recognises the work Mimeisa has been carrying out in recent years to integrate ESG criteria across the organisation: in asset management, in relationships with clients and suppliers, in internal decision-making and in the way the company understands the impact of its activity.

These objectives are translated into specific actions across the buildings and the organisation: improving energy efficiency, sourcing renewable energy, including environmental clauses in new lease agreements, promoting sustainable certifications, implementing sustainable mobility measures and developing initiatives focused on the well-being of the people who live and work in the assets managed by the company.

Mimeisa’s inclusion in the RScat Map also recognises the company’s work in governance. Mimeisa has internal policies designed to guide its relationships with clients, suppliers and partners, incorporating criteria such as transparency, ethics, responsible purchasing and sustainable mobility.
This approach is reinforced by corporate milestones such as B Corp certification and support for the United Nations Global Compact, two frameworks that strengthen Mimeisa’s commitment to a responsible and measurable business model aligned with international standards.
