At Mimeisa, we believe that the future of the real estate sector is also built by sharing knowledge. That is why we continue to strengthen our collaboration with universities, business schools and leading industry platforms, bringing market reality closer to the next generation of professionals.
Through these partnerships, we share our perspective on investment, active asset management and ESG criteria applied to real estate. An approach based on specialisation, operational experience and long-term value creation.
Knowledge and professional networking
As a sponsor of the Esade Alumni Real Estate Club, Mimeisa supports the organisation of conferences, meetings and networking activities linked to the real estate market and its evolution.
This collaboration allows us to take part in key conversations for the sector: from real estate specialisation and alternative assets to the role of sustainability, energy and new infrastructures in investment decision-making.
These spaces also bring market practice closer to students, alumni and professionals, connecting academic knowledge, business experience and sector insight.
Applied research, ESG and energy efficiency
Our relationship with UPC focuses on technical education, applied research and knowledge exchange around the current challenges of the built environment.
The EnerValor Knowledge Hub is an example of this connection: a research platform of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya designed to build bridges between energy efficiency, ESG criteria, the residential market and urban systems.
In parallel, our collaboration with UPC-EPSEB and the Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Asset Management (MUDGI) enables us to share real case studies, welcome students to our offices and participate in sessions addressing key sector topics such as asset refurbishment, ESG-driven repositioning and long-term value management.
Education connected to the real challenges of the sector
These collaborations share a common purpose: bringing education closer to the realities of the market. For Mimeisa, supporting these spaces means sharing experience, opening up conversations and helping future real estate professionals understand how decisions are made around real assets.
The sector needs talent capable of reading the market, integrating sustainability, anticipating risks and executing strategies with sound judgement. That preparation requires direct contact with companies, projects and the day-to-day challenges of asset management.
We will continue to foster partnerships that connect education, the market and real estate, with the aim of contributing to a more prepared, responsible and innovative sector.
